INTRODUCTION

We are pleased to introduce ourselves as a Welfare Society, which in registered with Registrar of Simitiya, Haryana, Chandigarh vide Registration No.3181 Dt. 16-3-2001 Our Society is involved in various social welfare activities in Haryana and other states of the country. Our Society is a group of well-experinced, educated and hard working persons. all members of society are employed in private sectors and they have cvast experience of 10-150 years in social welfarwe activities individually. All problems of the people are understood and solved very soon by the team membner of our society.

ACTIVITIES

For the solution of the un-employment, we organize "Sewing Training Centre" time to time in villages and cities. Near about 250 women have got employment in Export House after taking the training of Sewing from our society centres. Similarly, we also organize "Free Eye Cheking Camp", Culture Programs for awareness for "Nasha Bandhi" and awareness against "Dowery System" etc. time to time. Thousands of people have got benefits from these programs conducted by our society.

Presently, we are running a schol for "Mentally Retard Children" in Tauru, Mewat Distt. under our Society. As Mewat Distt. has been declard "Backward Are" by the Haryana Govt. and education is very poor in thaty area due to non-awareness for education. there is no other school for Mentally Retard Children in Mewat distt. Only our school is single for mentally retard chjildren by providing the education. All children of our school belong to villages, rural area and poor families.

FINANCE STATUS

As above,we have explained that all members of the society are salary-based employees in private sectors. Till now, we were sharing from our low salary to meet the monthly expenses of the school such as salary of staff, conveyance and refreshment for children and study material etc. But now, monthly expenses of our school has gone high due to increasing in qualified staff and facility providing to children. Now our salary sharing income is not sufficient to meet the monthly expenses of school and we are facing very difficulties to run school smoothly due to non-availability of the sufficient funds.

APPEAL

So, we would request your goodself to kindly help and these mentally retard children by open heartily donation to our society by crossed Cheque/Demand Draft in favour of "AAdarsh welfare society" Certificate u/s 80G of income Tax rules 1961 has been issued to our society by Chief Commissioner of Income Tax. Rebate of Income Tax be availed under the above-mentioned rules of Income Tax.
